Cancellation Policy

Flawless Aesthetics by Tina ❤️ Booking confirms your agreement to these terms. BOOKING FEE A non refundable 20% booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from your treatment cost. CANCELLATIONS You may cancel online at any time. With more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment. For cancellations 24 to 48 hours before, the fee is retained and 50% of the treatment price may be charged to your saved card. For cancellations less than 24 hours before, or if you do not attend, 100% of the treatment price may be charged to your saved card. You may reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment. AGE AND MEDICAL INFORMATION You must be 18 or over and may be asked for proof of age. Complete consultation and consent forms honestly, including medical history, allergies, medication and previous treatments. Missing or inaccurate information may mean treatment cannot go ahead. Without proof of age when requested, treatment will not go ahead and your booking fee will not be refunded. ARRIVAL AND LATENESS Children under 6 cannot attend. Please do not arrive early. If you do, contact Tina on 07498 257736 and wait for confirmation. Appointments are one to one. If you are over 10 minutes late, treatment may not go ahead and the cancellation policy may apply. AFTERCARE Follow the aftercare advice given at your appointment, which will also be emailed. Contact Tina on 07498 257736 promptly about concerns, side effects, complications or an allergic reaction. You may be asked to return for assessment. PRICES, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are unaffected. Any remaining balance is due on the day by cash or bank transfer. Refunds are not offered for completed treatments or opened or used products, unless required by law. Contact Tina if unhappy so your concerns can be reviewed. COMPLAINTS AND EMERGENCIES Email formal complaints to info@flawlessaestheticsbytina.co.uk with appointment details and a description. If Tina is unwell or an emergency arises, you will be contacted to arrange another appointment. YOUR INFORMATION Your personal and medical information will be held securely in the booking system and used for your appointments and care. It may be shared with your prescribing partner or pharmacy for prescription treatments, or where needed for your safety, insurance, legal or regulatory requirements. Records are kept in line with applicable requirements.
